More of that beautiful child (compliments of my new toy, of course!)!

Can you tell she's a cheeseball??? And yes, she is sitting on top of a box... one that she thinks it's amusing to stand on and reach very high things...

Mmmmmcaaammmeraaa!

give me the stats- how much was it, what's the optical zoom, how many MPs, does it have a remote control, can you move the LCD around?
yayyy for going with canon, my fav :)

i have a 4mp canon powershot, the kind where you can flip the LCD any way, i got it in 2003 before i graduated. and then after i graduated, my computer died :( i understand loosing some spark, i'm just floating around right now, working and not doing much with myself, but i don't have a reason not to like your abby.
so i pretty much didn't take pictures for 2 years, but now i can pretend with my cellcam. cept it Sucks and i haven't had a real picture of my sister's kids for so long. i'm just too broke to keep film around, i never thought i'd forget about my SLR but i sorta did. :/

you have a freaking XLR.. i might have to orgasm with jealousy :P

Hey Kistin! Here's the stats:

8MP (8.2 total), shoots RAW and a zillion different levels of JPEG.

The LCD does not move around.

Color space is sRGB or can be set to Adobe RGB.

You use canon lenses (interchangable)-- and luckily I have oodles of canon lenses already.

A remote can be purchased as an accessory.

7 focus points availible in AF.

WB Bracketing (and you can make adjusments on the LCD to the images)

It is super light weight 17.1oz (body only)

And, 600+ shots on one battery charge!

I LOVE THIS CAMERA!!!

Lemme know if you want anymore specs!

Toodles!

Yoinks Kristen! Sorry I spelled your name wrong before-- it's ok though, since you spelled Abbie's wrong too ;-P!

Oh, and I am and forever will be a canon loyalist! I am kind of sad though, that Andrew will be taking our 4MP Elph away from me to take with him to Iraq :-(.
